Claiming

When claiming, if possible, return to the Supa Quick dealer where you purchased your tyre, otherwise visit your nearest Supa Quick dealer within South Africa, Namibia and Swaziland.

Tyres submitted for a claim have to be assessed to establish what amount is payable for the replacement tyre.

  1. Take your unique TDG code and ID number to the dealer you purchased the tyre from, or the nearest branch of the same network for processing.
  2. The dealer will calculate the average remaining tread depth and inform you of the amount payable based on the remaining tread calculation.
  3. The new tyre will need to be registered.

Important:

  • The Free Tyre Damage Guarantee registration number is mandatory for claims to be recognized.
  • All sections on the new guarantee registration must be correctly completed in full for the guarantee to be valid.
