After purchasing your Firestone branded passenger, 4×4 and SUV tyres from 15 inch and above from an authorised dealer, register your tyre in-store or

To complete the registration process fill in the digital form with the following information:
a. Invoice number
b. Personal particulars
c. Vehicle details
d. Tyre details including the serial number
e. Dealer details

Follow the screen prompts.

Once the registration is complete, you will receive a welcome SMS from Firestone together with your unique TDG code which you will need to present when you need to process a claim.



When claiming, if possible, return to the dealer where you purchased your tyre, otherwise visit your nearest authorised dealer, that is part of the same network of stores, within South Africa, Namibia and Swaziland.

Tyres submitted for a claim have to be assessed to establish what amount is payable for the replacement tyre.

  1. Take your unique TDG code and ID number to the dealer you purchased the tyre from, or the nearest branch of the same network for processing.
  2. The dealer will calculate the average remaining tread depth and inform you of the amount payable based on the remaining tread calculation.
  3. The new tyre will need to be registered.


  • The Free Tyre Damage Guarantee registration number is mandatory for claims to be recognized.
  • All sections on the new guarantee registration must be correctly completed in full for the guarantee to be valid.
